Vendor Membership Opportunities

Welcome Venues & Vendors!
Thank you for considering membership with us. Our mission is to connect couples with you, and showcase your services in the best possible light. We are not *just another vendor directory* —we provide couples with a comprehensive wedding planning platform and Concierge services. Our Wedding Concierge aims, and is limited, to get couples aquainted with our platform, logging in and using planning tools such as budgeting, seating charts, progress tracking, and more. After the couple figures out their style, budget, and needs from the Real Weddings section, it's up to them to find venues and vendors on the platform. While our Concierge service does not directly recommend one vendor over another, there is strategic placement of premium members to be placed in front of the couples throughout the site. (see Spotlight membership below).

Membership Levels

We offer three types of memberships: Spotlight, Featured, and Free. Each level provides unique opportunities to increase your visibility throughout our platform. All 3 membership levels allow the same Storefront layout and features, but the placement and visibility of your storefront is what changes. Every Vendor/Venue account will have stats based on storefront impressions, clicks, inquiries, reviews, tagged weddings and more. It is up to you if you need more visibility on the platform by upgrading to a Featured or Spotlight membership.

Spotlight Membership (Highest Exposure)

  • Exclusivity: Up to 4 Spotlight accounts per category, guaranteeing top placement.
  • Storefront Priority: Shown above Featured and Free accounts, then sorted by:
    • Number of tagged weddings
    • Reviews (on our site and your company rating from others)
    • Profile completion
    • Membership tenure
    • Account activity (log in or update within a year)
  • Real Weddings: Weddings are displayed to couples after they select their style, budget, venue setting, and more. The order of the weddings is influenced by the couple's style, venue setting, but also the membership tier of the tagged vendors and venues in each wedding. As a spotlight member, weddings you're tagged in are more likely to appear at the top of the couple's searches, giving your company greater exposure. Couples create moodboards from these Real Weddings, and seeing your company name more often will help the couple decide to 'favorite' your company and ask for pricing and availability.
  • Concierge Program (learn more): We are personally available to get couples aquainted with our platform, logging in and using planning tools such as budgeting, seating charts, progress tracking, and more. The platform will strategically place your company in front of the couples in their account as they plan. Strategic placement is based on:
    • Membership Level
    • Number of tagged weddings
    • Reviews (on our site and your company rating from others)
    • Profile completion
    • Membership tenure
    • Account activity (log in or update within a year)
    Having a Spotlight or Featured membership does not guarantee top placement- it is based on a combination of the above criteria.
  • Direct-To-Email Leads: Leads will be emailed, providing the couple's contact information, wedding date and more.
  • Couple’s Account Rotation: Spotlight vendors are prominently displayed as recommended venues/vendors in the couples account.
  • Competitive Advantage:
    • couples inquiring about competitors in your category will also see your business as a recommended alternative to inquire with. Most couples that are looking for pricing from one of your competitors, will also see your business as an alternative to inquire and ask about pricing and availability.
    • Your storefront is mentioned on wedding pages even where you’re not tagged in a wedding, giving more opportunities for couples to find you.
  • Couples Account Placement: As long as your business has many reviews, been tagged in multiple weddings and has a good reputation on our site (and others), we will try to recommend your company when couples have questions regarding your kind of service.

Featured Membership (Strong Exposure)

  • Strong Exposure: Up to 4 Featured accounts per category, guaranteeing mid or top placement depending on Spotlight accounts in your category.
  • The Featured membership includes everything the Spotlight membership offers above, except Spotlight accounts will have better visibility and placement throughout the site than Featured accounts.
  • Shown below Spotlight accounts but above Free accounts in all sections.
  • Prominent placement in vendor lists and couple’s dashboard recommendations below Spotlight members.
  • Direct-To-Email Leads: Leads will be emailed, providing the couple's contact information, wedding date and more.

Free Membership

  • A Full Featured Storefront: All Storefronts will have the same layout, number of images, videos, packages etc. We want all vendors and venues to have all the tools we offer to make their Storefront stand out. Storefront is shown below Featured and Spotlight accounts.
  • Leads can be responded through our platform only.
  • Ranking and visibility - see below how vendors are shown on site.

How Vendors Are Recommended

Members are recommended across our site by our system, based on::

  1. Membership Level: Spotlight > Featured > Free.
  2. Number of Tagged Weddings: Vendors tagged in weddings are prioritized.
  3. Reviews: Both on our platform and external sites.
  4. Profile Completion: Fully completed profiles with photos, videos, packages, and business details rank higher.
  5. Membership Tenure: Longer-standing members receive a boost in recommendations.
  6. Activity: Accounts must be updated or logged into at least once a year to remain active.
